Who is responsible for the use of your data in the context of your relationship with our services?

Your privacy is a priority for us at Solena. We undertake to respect the personal data of our customers, prospects and online users (hereinafter “you”), to treat them with the greatest care and to ensure the best level of protection in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter “GDPR”) and any applicable data protection law . This article describes the practices adopted by Solena regarding the personal data it may collect, the use made of it and the people for whom it is intended.

What personal data do we collect about you?

When you visit or use the Site, Solena may collect and store personal data, including all personal data that you voluntarily communicate on the Site (name, address(es), telephone number, email address and any other information specific such as username, password or banking information, etc.)

Why do we collect your personal data?

This personal data is collected and stored by Solena to operate efficiently and provide you with the best possible service. We use your data to send you news of our activity, commercial offers, for sponsorship purposes, to provide you with information regarding Solena's products and services (management of pre-contractual relationships), in order to send you requests for participation in surveys, for customer relationship management purposes, for order management purposes and customer relationship monitoring.

 

Solena only uses your personal data if this use is based on one of the legal grounds determined by the GDPR (for example, your consent or the execution of a contract concluded with us).

Solena only collects personal data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and will not subsequently process this data in a manner incompatible with these purposes. Solena undertakes to only process personal data which is adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which it is collected. Solena will take all necessary measures to ensure that the personal data processed are accurate and, if necessary, updated.

Who do we share your personal data with?

Solena may share your personal data with suppliers or service providers that Solena uses. Solena may also share your personal data with public authorities, in response to legal requests, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. As part of a transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, consolidation or sale of assets, we may share your personal data with buyers or sellers.

How long do we keep your personal data?

Solena does not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or longer than required by applicable law.

What rights do you have over your personal data and how can you exercise them?

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure, right to digital oblivion, right to limitation of processing, right of opposition, right to portability. If you wish to exercise one of these rights and you find yourself within the conditions set out by the GDPR, simply contact Solena by email at the following address: info@solena.be with the subject of the right you wish exercise, and send us as an attachment to your email a copy of your identity card as well as a brief description of your request.

 

You will receive a response from us within 1 month of receipt of the request, 2 months in the event of a request requiring in-depth research or in the event that Solena receives too many requests.

Cookies

Solena collects data relating to your use of the Site to offer a better service to visitors and users, through the use of cookies, which are files that its internet browser places on your hard drive when it visits a site. Cookies do not always identify you personally.
